Please join us Saturday, June 13th to honor and raise funds for justice and equality. It is up to all of us to make an effort to create a better world for all. We will be collecting donations for the North Carolina Chapter of the ACLU.

Fitness for Justice and Equality WOD

Against a 25 Minute Clock

Buy In: 1200m Run

Immediately into an AMRAP of

25 Clean and Jerks 95/65

26 Front Squats 95/65

46 Burpees

*On the 8:00, 16:00, and 24:00, hold 60sec forearm plank

At the 25min mark - Buy Out: Pledge to be the change, educate yourself on policies and look for organizations that you feel a connection to and get involved. Open your heart and listen to those hurting in your community.

 

**No Barbell Version:

Buy In: 1200m Run

Immediately into an AMRAP of:

25 American Swings 53/35

26 Goblet Squats 53/35

46 Burpees

*On the 8:00, 16:00, and 24:00, hold 60 sec forearm plank
