Do I have to be fit to start CrossFit?
NO. The biggest misconception is that you have to be fit to do CrossFit. Yes, there are a lot of fit people doing CrossFit; however, they didn’t start out that way. Let us help you get there. Every workout can be modified to fit your current fitness level.
How should I start CrossFit?
Enroll in our Foundations Class. This class is designed for the beginner. Workout 3x/week in a small group setting. Here you will learn at your pace and build confidence to graduate to the main classes.
What services do I get with my membership?
At first glance, a CrossFit membership may seem expensive, but this is what you can expect from us. You will have an intelligent fitness program written for you to follow every day. You will have a full coaching staff who will lead you through entire workouts and make sure you are doing them safely and correctly while pushing you to new limits. You will have access to all the equipment you will need. You will be surrounded by a supportive community of like minded people who are going to help keep you accountable. Gone are the days of walking aimlessly around a fitness center not knowing what to do or taking the same choreographed class over and over again.
Are showers available?
At the moment, no. However, we are building a brand new facility across the street that will have showers, locker rooms, and changing areas.
Is there child care?
We do not have child care currently. We do have a small area for children to hang out while their parents workout. Most days you can find them watching shows on iPads or coloring while the rest of us are sweating. We WILL have a kids room and child care in our new facility.
What If I have to travel or need to take a break for a month?
You can easily freeze your membership while you are away and reactivate it once you get back.
What If I move away?
We will cancel your membership if you move away. All you need to show us is your new location.
Is there an age limit?
We accept all ages from 13 and up. Younger athletes can still workout in small group training or personal training. We have athletes ranging from 13 to 74 years of age.
