Edwin Castro ASCM, CFL1, USAW, Boxing Coach Tier 1, 2, 3, 4Once upon a time I was the kid that never took his shirt off on a hot summer day at the beach. I was overweight, had no confidence and was extremely shy (still am). During my college years as I worked at a local gym part time, fell in love with fitness. First it was running, then weight training, and then cross training. I felt accomplished, had more confidence and everything was within my reach. It was this feeling that lead me to help others. Fast forward to today, it has been 14 years in the exercise field, 9 of those years as a Personal Trainer and I intend in continuing to help those that desire to reach their exercise/life goals.
