Join our December Challenge
Have you been experiencing more stress and anxiety in 2020? You're not alone. This year has been a challenge for everyone. Two powerful ways to better understand the stress and anxiety we are experiencing is through mindfulness and journaling.
Throughout the month of December, we will be engaging in a mindfulness and journaling challenge. Whether you have never practiced mindfulness before or practice everyday, join a community of people and commit to self-care for 31 days.
This challenge will be lead by Brad Marshall, one of our coaches who specializes in mindset training, specifically mindfulness. Here is what you can expect from this challenge -
- Daily journal prompts and mindfulness practices
- Live weekly sessions to learn more about mindfulness and practice together
- Community environment to share experiences and hold each other accountable
- Participate virtually!
- Cost is $75 for members and $100 for non-members.

"Owned by Amanda Street, CrossFit Shoofly began three years ago as CrossFit Fuquay-Varina, a small affiliate sequestered in a corner of a large traditional fitness center. But Street’s values clashed with the priorities of the center, so she packed up her affiliate and moved to an abandoned hardware store in downtown Fuquay-Varina, a small town notable for the intersection of railroads that divides the two formerly distinct towns of its namesake."
